Age Requirement
Between 18-35 years at application and participation time
Geographic Eligibility
Citizens/residents of our 14 target East & Central African countries
Language Proficiency
English proficiency (intermediate level accepted for francophone applicants)
Leadership Impact
Demonstrated leadership and community impact initiatives
Time Commitment
Available for full 4-week intensive program
Travel Eligibility
Able to obtain necessary travel documents to Kenya
